Gerald Hörhan MSc
Gerald B. Hörhan MSc has international experience in corporate finance, investment banking and financial advisory of over 9 years. After graduating from Harvard University, he worked for the investment banking divisions of JP Morgan (New York) and McKinsey (Frankfurt) before joining a Swiss Private Equity Firm as a managing partner. Since 2003, Mr. Hörhan has been active as a Consultant and has structured a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including financing of management buy outs, stock market listings in Vienna and London and the initiation and placement of Austria's first financial product for second hand US life insurance policies. Moreover, Mr. Hörhan oversaw several large real estate transactions in Austria, Germany and CEE countries, serves as a managing director of several trusts and investment holdings and is a non-executive director of one of Austria's largest independent distributors of financial products.
Dr. Florian Koschat
Dr. Florian Koschat has more than 10 years experience in international corporate finance, asset management, investment banking and real estate. He was involved in several large transactions and is specialized on the emerging central and eastern European markets mainly on Russia and CIS. Through his network in Eastern Europe, his Russian language skills and his investment and market knowledge he was able to generate a great deal flow of capital market transactions during the last few years. A main part of his experience he generated while working in leading positions for professional companies like CREDO Real Estate AG and Anglo Irish Bank AG.
